Game center won't connect

I am a developer with an iPad on iOS 4.2 but the game center says I need iOS 4.1 or higher which I do, deleted but when game center is fixed I'll definitely download again.

First, what "exposure" if your elderly, pregnant, or under 10 years old? What do you mean it explodes? All your trying to do is get points. I think it happens if you buy some kind of in-app purchase, because it has that + next to it.
