Follow instructions below to save your cake.
The current version of the application does not have built in save feature.
1. While viewing image, press the power button while holding down the home button.
2. A shutter sound and a brief showing of a white screen indicates that the image has been successfully saved.
The saved image can be found in the camera roll.

I just hope there's a update to cut the cake and eat it along with e-mail animation that would be cool also like a oven to see it cook but I love the app am glad it's free
