Only one suggestion: shorten the name that appears under the icon so it doesn't get cut off. Maybe change it to "HConvert"?
What Ruler or Tape measure have decimals on them?

The Length needs to be able to convert Feet and Inches to mm, cm or M. Not decimals of feet. What Ruler or Tape measure have decimals on them?
