An idea for improvement

I like the app, but it's not an app that keeps me coming back. However, if there were up to date stats and placing for the HCS scene, I would definitely use this app while the competitions were going on.

The app is very useful and I am fascinated with all the updates and information that I can navigate through on the app. I think it is a major UNSC success. I do have a suggestion for the Halo 5 game itself, maybe add the addition of Cooperative play. That would help a lot of people who have friends/family that want to play at the same time without having to obtain another Xbox One and game to go along with it.

Microsoft, why would you take Halo Waypoint off the App Store and replace it with this crap? Not all of us have Halo 5 or an Xbox One for that matter! So please, put waypoint back on the AppStore! I play Halo 4 and this app isn't very useful when it comes to that! Seriously, bring back Halo Waypoint for God's sake! I want to type in codes for the games on the Xbox 360!!!

Not all of us own Halo 5. So if your looking for your entire Halo career stats using this app your going to be disappointed. One of my favorite things about Halo Waypoint. No stat tracking for the Halo Master Chief Collection either, and it's a Xbox One title?!? Now there is a great amount of Halo lore to be found which is awesome if your trying to get up to speed on all things Halo! Other than and it's just.....boring.

Okay, why is there literally no customization? No profile, channel, character, etc. customization. Why oh why is there no forums? I have to go to halo waypoint in order to access them. Which brings me to another thing. Why is this the halo channel and not halo waypoint? 343, I hope you realize that the format and look of halo waypoint, not to mention the website name matched the actual name, was very pleasing to everyone. Why is this app never updated with the latest news? No watching the championships from here? Honestly, what are you thinking over there, 343? Are you even reading these app reviews or could you care less? This is ridiculous.

I downloaded it in hopes of getting a good connection to all halo games but I was severely disappointed ever since the peak of the halo franchise halo reach its gone downhill from there I was very glad to see reach playable on Xbox one so I hoped I could look at my stats on my phone but once again disappointed 343 you need to get it together on both your games and you apps
