This uses the familiar "haunted hospital" environment that You may have seen in other apps, with a few twists. Zombies are scattered around, but you can walk right through them. Bloody body parts fall onto the floor and you can jostle them as you walk past them. This is a small environment, however; you can see an open stairwell but it does not let you go up or down the stairs. Not much to see here beyond that. Despite the description, you walk automatically and it doesn't require a controller.
