App keeps freezing

I have a new iPhone X, so I know this is not my phone’s fault. The app keeps freezing and won’t even let me upload a picture to use.
Umm, this doesn’t do anything?

This only changes the tone of your hair not the total color. So if your hair is brown it will show you light to medium shades of brown, same for blonde or black. It doesn’t show you what your hair would look like if you went from brown to blonde. Dumb, makes no sense.

When you first open up the app you can instantly tell it is extremely laggy! The colors you get to try on your hair for free are ugly unpopular colors you wouldn’t even think about getting on your hair (or at least I wouldn’t)! There’s maybe one that’s ok but the rest of the free ones are bad. The ones you actually want to see, you have to pay for which I think is ridiculous considering the whole app is laggy!

All the other hair color changing apps just let you "paint" a color onto a still photo, so you of course end up coloring your face and the scene behind you as well. This is true live hair detection with instant color changing. I am baffled that this has such a low rating, it's like magic. Two dollars is nothing compared to what those other apps will try to squeeze out of you.

I fooled many friends with this app and I can not believe how realistic it works. Yea it’s a bit laggy but if you got a phone that takes decent pictures, you can really make this look real and pull it off

Super fun used it to help me decide what color looks good to dye my hair. I have to say it is really blurry and glitchy.

Can't believe I wasted $2 on this. Can I get my money back?? The black isn't even black, it's brown!! It doesn't change color. The premium colors are all wrong. Bs.

It’s extremely laggy and when you click the screen it takes the picture. I can’t adjust the lighting so the pictures come out terrible. I suggest changing that. I also suggest that you should make as many colors premium. Let’s get real, how many people are actually going to pay money to see their hair a different color. It’s not even a good representation of what it’ll look like. I think you should add highlights, that would be a cool feature.
