I love the content but new mags certainly don't come monthly even though I am billed monthly. I'd like a refund for the months I've paid and no mag has been delivered. You should take better care of those that auto renew - not take advantage of them. It would be less expensive if I were to eliminate my subscription and buy single issues at the rate you produce them.
