Good app if free. Great potential if changes made.

This app is good if free. In its current incarnation it is not worth $5. There are, however, three enhancements that would make it the absolute best habit tracker app which I would happily pay $10 for. They are: 1. For such a simple app, there are too many taps required to do the one basic thing: log your habit. For instance, once in the app, it takes three taps to log the first habit as “done” for the day: tap the habit, then tap the empty hexagon space representing today, then tap to confirm your previous tap. Thereafter, it takes four taps to log each additional habit. So if I had 6 habits, I would need to tap around 23 times just to mark all the habits as completed every day! This is too much. It should take one tap per each habit to log. That’s it. At the main screen, each habit should be a check box that is simply marked or unmarked for the day. If you want to edit or make changes, additional taps can be used then, but for the overwhelmingly primary repeated action (logging habits as completed) it should take one tap. So for 6 habits, 6 taps on the one screen max. Boom. Done. Otherwise the frustration builds especially when the number of habits increase. 2. As a corollary to the above, the today screen view wastes a great opportunity to save the user even more time and reduce more friction by frustratingly requiring the user to tap the today screen app, then wait for the real app to open, and then start your multi tap process to log each habit. Instead of this, you should be able to log each habit as “done” right with a single tap in the today screen, thereby saving the user even more time from having to open the app. Grabbing defeat from the jaws of victory here. Very unfortunate. 3. Finally the hexagon design is kind of cool, but that comes at the expense of utility lost. It’s better to have squares in a grid pattern. A grid represents or reflects calendars much better and is also much easier to count the number of items at a glance. Hexagon honeycombs cannot do this. So this is clearly an area where form was given priority over function which again creeps up the frustration levels of the user. In sum, if the developer focused on eliminating all friction points of the user experience, this app will become a perfect pleasure to use with zero frustration points and then be worthy of $10 or even a subscription model. Lots of great potential since most habit tracking chain apps aren’t great or have not been updated in over a year. This app is a great opportunity to sweep up the sleeping competition of the user experience becomes its focus and competitive advantage.

Easy to use

Nairrs

I just got started with the app and although haven't used it much yet, the look is very clean and clutter free, easy to use and I'm hoping it'll help me keep a track of the good habits I want to cultivate.

Great Seinfeldian Calendar App

Very useful app for establishing habits (or breaking them). The only feature request I have is for an option to hide already completed goals for the day. Other than that, great app!

Some Must Have Features

So the app is great but I would like the ability to move my habits based on its importance level ( most important should be on the top) and I would also enjoy new color pallets for my habits.

Simple, pretty.

Visually appealing. Basic, doesn’t overwhelm with a bunch of unnecessary detail. Would be nice to set schedule to X days per week instead of needing to specify the exact days. Would also love the ability to change the order of goals and more color options.

Nice app.

This is a good app, the only thing I would like to have changed would be the ability to set the date instead of having the date set automatic.
