Get motivated with streaks — Keeping streaks alive is a powerful motivator. See how high you can go, then try to beat your personal best. Red badges mean you've slacked and need to get back on track. Gray badges are optional, missing them won’t break your streak. Green means go, complete it today!

Focus on what’s due — No need to wade through all your habits to figure out what to do, Habit List only shows what’s due today. And you can set the default order for your habits, so items that you’ll complete first are at the top of your list. Tap today and you’ll see your completion percentage for the day.

Stay on track with reminders and badges — Habits are powerful because they’re automatic, but while you’re building routines, reminders are indispensable. App badges show the number of remaining habits for the day, great for reminding you to complete your list. You can even set a daily review reminder to get in the habit of using the app.

View trends over time — Step back and see the big picture with weekly and monthly completion percentages. Bar colors range from green to red and give a visual indicator of how you’re doing.

Flexible scheduling — Choose from 3 kinds of schedules: Specific Days, Non-specific Days, or Intervals. So you can schedule your workouts M-W-F, bring lunch to work any 4 days per week, or write a blog post every 2-3 days. No matter what the habit, you're covered.

Track your progress — See your history at a glance and gain insight into what's working—or isn't. Always miss your Friday workout? Maybe a different day or early morning routine would work better. Habit List also tracks your personal best (longest streak) and total completions.

No detail too small — Going on vacation? Skip habits without breaking your streak. Miss a habit early in the day? Mark it as missed to keep your list uncluttered. You can also customize Habit List with a different font, change the week start date, export your data (JSON format), and keep things private with a passcode. Speaking of privacy, we don’t require you to set up an account, don’t track your habits, and your data is 100% private.

Working great now!

Makes no sense
i expect a lot

I like the idea of reminders. The problem is those are not deadlines in my mind. If I want a noon reminder to focus on optimism, to invigorate me during the day, it should not treat the reminder as a deadline, which then shuts off the habit. Seems stupid. There are not any cool graphics, which seems really easy to build in. As I look into this, there are way better apps. Maybe, I will build my own.

Works very well

Nice looking and keeps me on track with all of my routine tasks. No complaints at all. Thanks

One of the best

I’ve tried a bunch and discarded most of them for one reason or another. HL has a clean, uncluttered UI, a fair price (no ads or subscriptions) and excellent customer support. I sent in a pre-sales question in the morning and had a clear, helpful response from a human being by mid-day. I’d like to see a way to organize habits into groups. ?Watch support would be great too.

Love this

Such a great little accountability app

Just Works!

No habit app has kept me better focused long term than this one. The color coding, beautiful and clean UI, the simplicity - not sure which component it is, but it has been very effective for me in building years long habits. Thanks! Update: 1/3/2020 Used this app for over three years and it’s been super effective for me. Thought I try a new app, but couldn’t find one I liked better. This is just simple and intuitive.

No FaceID?
sureshbp

App is elegant and useful. But the privacy lock only has TouchID option. What? Come on guys. FaceID was released 2 generations ago! Worse, if you turn on TouchID the app will crash if your phone uses FaceID.

My habits just kept deleting

I paid for the full version so I could set up more than two habits but every day they deleted themselves and would have to be reset. Definitely did not work as expected at all.

Simplicity and task customizability are key

This app helps me remember what my morning and evening routines are. I love that the interface is simple and clean. No distractions. The simple checklist format helps me get to the point and get things done. I also like that it is so easy to customize the name of the task/habit — there was another app I tried that made it take like 5 steps to edit the pre-set task name, and even then you had to pick an icon for the task, etc etc. No thanks! This gets the job done much more intuitively and efficiently. The job being — me knowing what I have to do and effectively executing it. Just have to give a note of thanks for this app because it’s helping me so much and I love it.

App dumps all habits
kriemac

I bought this app and spent over an hour building a habit list for my house cleaning. When I woke up the next morning there were no habits in the app. It was completely blank as if I’d never used it.
