I really like how you can set up specific workouts for specific areas. I’ve only been doing them for two weeks but like the setup. I really wish they included stretching exercises as that is the only thing that I miss.

I've been looking for a great, reasonably priced, workout program for some time now. This is it! Lots of options for various fitness goals, multiple paths to get there, workouts that change periodically, explanations of the exercises, videos of you still need help; this app has it all and it's done very well. Additionally, there's lots of diet information that hits on all the current trends, if you're into that sort of thing. I can't recommend this app highly enough!

The app isn’t worth $15 a month and doesn’t even allow you to pick a workout plan more than 4 days a week. Unfortunatley I forgot to cancel subscription and it charged me, I would never pay for this. O well you got my money now, enjoy it, cause I’ll never ever give you another dollar.

Gave me a number of new exercises to use to vary my workouts. Also, loved the timer over my phones timer.

I love use this app as a reference for workouts and to build plans. The new custom workout plan addition is great. The ONE thing that it lacks for me is Apple Watch support. I have another app that I can begin the workout from my watch and it tracks the entire workout from time to calories burned. If this app would update to that then I would switch over 100%.
