Awesome

The Real JosephKing

I recently bought the year subscription for one year, and so far it’s amazing. I have fun with it. Not only does it show you how to properly and safely do each workout but it also teaches you ways to develop more size and strength. Ability to swap and/or change workouts that maybe your gym doesn’t have the proper equipment for, ability to add more sets or more reps to your workouts. It’s great, getting a new workout every two weeks after hitting the gym for five days is great. I’m having fun with this one. Thank you #GymStreak

Worth the Subscription

need not appli

I don’t normally write good reviews. If a product wronged me or the service was trash I’m all over it with negative thoughts and comments. I must say this app surprised me. There is no guessing on what to do at the gym. There’s no assuming if you’re doing the form wrong. This app shows you what to do, how to do it, how many reps, with how much weight. The great thing is you can go back and look at your progress. You can tweak your workouts on the fly. There is also a graph that shows you what areas you may be neglecting without knowing. (Forearms for me) All that is to say spend the money for the subscription and you won’t regret it. If there is a better app out there I would like to compare it to this one.

Usability is difficult

Still evaluating; however, my first workout today proved very difficult to use the app. Whenever my phone locked its screen in between sets, navigating back to the app always resulted in it reloading. This is major app issue that does not allow you to actually time your first activity, especially if it’s cardio, because the app doesn’t save a workout unless you mark one set as completed.

Beginner friendly

Perfect for someone not knowing really what areas work out what when starting at the gym as a beginner and yet has enough stuff to keep track and help you out for more knowledgeable people that work out. Definitely referring friends to this app that want to start working out

Totally worth it!

I was pretty hesitant to pay the fee after registering & seeing I needed to pay upfront. Usually I would’ve just closed out the app & deleted it- BUT, I paid the annual fee & gave it a shot and I am SO glad I did! I’ve been in fitness for about 7 years, but sometimes I don’t feel like writing out my workouts, and when I don’t, I don’t have the motivation to go to the Gym & it was becoming a cycle. Now that I have this app- I’m finally excited again to go to the gym! The workouts are great, I love seeing my “total amount lifted,” and pushing myself to make it higher! Just today, I didn’t get up early to go to the gym & around 10:00, they sent me a reminder that it’s back day! It gave me the motivation to get myself in the gym & get today in! I already told my mom and fiancé about it & they’ve both downloaded it as well! My ONLY critique, is maybe giving a week free trial, or maybe one workout free trial- because that did cause me to hesitate on buying the subscription. Other than that, great workouts, great idea, great set up!

Cannot try without paying

Let me first say that I prefer paid apps from free apps and I love to spend money on apps, BUT I first want to see if they are worth it. This app does not allow me to use it for free unless I first agree to pay for it. I cannot get passed the payment screen for the free trial. Deleting this app again.

Not worth paying for!

It doesn’t change up the workout throughout the week, so you only paying for a 1 week workout and you have to figure out the rest on your own, this app is just like all the other apps!

Waist of time

Don’t even give it a try.

Honestly Don’t Know

App requires signup for FREE trial. I get it’s a small team and whatever but I refuse to signup and possibly forget to cancel anything I don’t absolutely need. That said... The app looks very well designed and seems to ask some good questions to start. Personally I think there are better programs out there that also provide “personal training” options via online/phone. If I was going to hire a trainer, I’d hire a real trainer. But that’s me and I also have years of gym experience. These “trainer” apps are a novelty to me to be used to maybe better my results.

Fantastic. Highly recommend.

I love this app. Great set up, simple to use, great tracking. Simple and clean. Able to track and utilize wonderfully.
