Can’t purchase new volume

Can’t buy new volume. I have my codes but no way to put in the codes. I tried to press the update to grand karaoke to appear the boxes to put in the codes but still doesn’t show. So frustrating! I AM EXPECTING someone will contact me.
I wish I could give 0 stars.

This is one of the worst written apps I’ve ever seen. Not only are the buttons overlapping on iphone XR so I can’t even see all the buttons, but even after buying a song update package and following the video instructions, it always fails, so even after emailing the dev support a week ago, ai still can’t use the song I purchased. A third glaring and embarrassing bug: when you hit the link to buy a song, it sends you to a broken web page (returns 404). I had to go to the website with my computer and find the download link myself. The grand videoke product itself is great, but the iphone app is garbage.
Cannot connect

The app does not pair to my machine it hasn’t in a long time. No matter how many times I’m install it and uninstall it it still doesn’t connect. I tried Ap mode and Hotspot and it will not connect. In Ap mode it says that the Ap for my machine and phone is different but they are on the same network.

I bought an iPhone XR and the app is all messed up. Icons are stretched and overlap each other. Connection from the phone to the machine always goes away. I have to do the WiFi QR scan every few songs. Has been like that for a year now. On the TV a “download app now by scanning QR code” just displays and never goes away. That app is already installed. What’s the point of it. It just looks terrible. Update: The overlapping buttons on the iPhone XR still hasn’t been fixed

If we can buy a songs individual the one that we like only not by volume, if you guys can do that it would been so nice. Maybe $2.00 for one songs.
Wont connect!

The app wont connect to wifi. It used to connect before the update now it wont pair it at all. There has to be a better way of communication. Why cant the device and the app talk to each other when connected to the same wifi?
