I requested a account transfer from android to iOS and it’s been two weeks since I initially sent them a email and my account is yet to be transferred. I have emailed all the information twice and I have not heard anything yet. Yeah I know it’s high volume of customer emails but I have been waiting so long for something I could do instant without hassle. I recommend a new design of the login interface so you can login from email and password. Please help

This game has decent playability when the devs aren’t screwing with it. But of course they do constantly as a way to control your win/losses. Every time a”balance patch “ comes , my game will be lagging at least a half second behind most other players. The fact that it does this every “balance patch “ is proof that they use it to manipulate match outcomes trying to get you to buy better weapons or gear!! That’s all this app is about now is trying to squeeze every penny they can out of the players!! Seriously fed up with the tactics they use. Don’t understand why devs can’t just make a good game and let people play evenly? Stick to PUBG and Call Of Duty. They are as close to fair as you can find on mobile gaming.

Before the new version was introduced out of no-where, I spent money building my character the way I felt comfortable with. The new update came out, and I didn’t get to keep any things I spent money on. We all had to start from basically scratch, sucked. So always remember, the money you spent today might be all gone down the line when they decide to introduce another version of this game.

You literally have to update this game every two days for whatever reason. They like to offer more and more irrelevant things to get you to spend money. When it first came out as “guns of boom” it was lit and had promising and appropriate in-app purchases. Now, all the players are subjected to teammates leaving or quitting while the other teams have all of their players. This app needs to get its sh** together before I ever spend a dime patronizing it

Again same issue as way back i have no third paru apps..... how do you guys get to that .... i spent money here Update: fixed thank you!!!
