Fun but loot boxes

This game is pretty fun. Great graphics, lots of game modes, but there is something wrong. I can’t seem to find how to open the loot boxes I have. I’ve looked up tutorials and stuff but there, they seem to have a another set up at the game mode screen wether it be Xbox or iOS. It would be nice if it were clearer ( if I just can’t find it) or to put one in at all. Thanks
Started out fun, now it steals my stuff.

At first this game was a lot of fun. It quickly became the only game I really played anymore. But the last 3-4 days have been nothing but a wast of time. It will wait until I am at the end of a mission, then tell me it is down for maintenance, take my keys and reset to the home screen without giving me my rewards. So I end up using all of my keys to end up with absolutely nothing for my time. And when I try to forge items already in my possession to get better items to progress further in the game, it once again states it’s down for maintenance, takes the items I already had and spent to gain better ones, without giving me the items I just earned. So in short I keep spending all this time just to end up worse off than I was before I spent hours of my time trying to make progress. The most frustrating part is that when I contact support about the issues and try to get some kind of reconciliation and restitution, I just keep getting asked to explain in greater detail the issues that I have already detailed quite thoroughly. It seems to be a trick to try and placate me so I feel that I am being helped without ever getting any actual assistance and help. So I’m done with this game. I just thought I’d share my experiences here and save some of you some time. Like I said previously, it started out really fun. Now it’s nothing but a huge waste of time.

This game was fun until recent updates where they changed weather conditions and daylight. When it's night you can't see anything. Also made it impossible to get ahead in the game if you don't spend 100s of dollars. They made it even worse when all the gold prizes were removed from turret mode. When you get to day 90 to collect login prize, it won't let you collect it and it never resets after that. Not worth downloading.
