Case Thrace
This game is great- the learning curve is a bit tough because it's a matching game that uses a unique style but once you get the hang of it it's awesome. The art is both cute and gross, the music inspired and the tower defense aspects keep you plaything for hours!

As a fan of tower defense games I loved Gunhouse. It's a clever take on the genre like a mix of a puzzle game and tower defense together with gorgeous artwork.
