The Free Shot Timer is an extremely accurate shot timer application that anyone can use to improve their shooting skills.
When designing the Free Shot Timer we asked shooters of all types and experience levels what they wanted in a timer. We found that the most important features in a shot timer from the shooter’s perspective are ACCURACY and EASE OF OPERATION. The last thing people want to do at the range is mess around with their timer, but at the same time they want it to work.
With that in mind we engineered a shot timer app that has the precision of a high dollar stand-alone unit, with an incredibly user-friendly interface. But we didn’t stop there…

Letting it sit practically by the fun barrel and it still consistently missed shots. Not much help for training if it won’t even record shots next to the barrel of the gun.

When I first downloaded this on my iPhone 6 two years ago, this app was flawless. But tried it with my iPhone 7 yesterday and it didn't work at all. I checked all the permissions just to be sure. Perhaps some OS update has messed it up and the software hasn't been maintained? Really too bad. Maybe it works better on the new iPhones, I don't know

Used this for my electric airsoft m4 just to try it. Turned the sensitivity all the way up. I did not expect this to work at all and it worked perfectly.

I cannot hear the start beep. Perhaps it is too high a frequency for my old ears. If it had a different selection of start sounds or frequencies I would be able to use it.

Downloaded for drill timing. Will not pick up any shots fired by 9mm, .223, or 22lr. Would really like this app if it worked, it has all the features I’d like, but unfortunately it won’t register shots.

Used to work great, now app will not work properly no matter what. Sometimes it picks up to many shots, sometimes none at all.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. It does NOTHING. Hit start, wait.....BEEEEEP!!! BANG! BANG! BANG! ... nothing but zeros on the screen. Good thing it’s free, because it doesn’t work.

Pros -The set up is nice -has delay feature for practicing alone Cons -only worked once for me so I quit after trying ten or so times to get it to work.
