Purchased a gun bundle. When I try to upgrade one or shoot one it says I need to do a download. But it sits at 0% and never downloads. I can’t do anything on the game because the download never happens

Allows you to play until a certain point and keep getting prompt that additional content is required to enjoy the game but no content will download. This game was a complete waste of my time. Would give zero stars if I could!
