So I had this game a few years back when I think it first came out. I love it to this day. I forgot how I did it but I contacted one of the developers earlier and this nice lady whom name I can’t remember, talked to me like a regular person. She gifted me more gold then I needed and free items! She definitely helped me out and talked about her day which then I talked about mine. Overall though the game and the support is phenomenal! I could play for hours on a sitting.

I love the game but it keeps crashing every time I try to log in. This happens after I updated to iOS 13.2. I am using iphone 7 btw.
