Can't open stuck on installation can't even delete and start over! Tried support but that doesn't work either! Now what?

The magazine is on newsstands a full week before the digital version. Why the delay? Distribution is cheaper and easier so why not push people toward the on-line version. Will not renew unless this is corrected.
Poor service and can't keep issues

Terrible app first you buy a year subscription on the guarantee that all issues can be used on all devices. All I did was upgrade from iPhone 4 to 5. Now they've revoked every issue I've owned and revoked the 3 I have left for subscription. It's been two weeks of diverting emails and apple support still won't help with the issue. Do not buy unless you like throwing money away and being taken advantage of!

Am I the only one that's having download problems? Downloads fine on my iPhone 4 (iOS 6), but hangs FOREVER on my iPad (3rd Gen; iOS 6). I've tried all the suggested "fixes" and they're all crap. None of them work. This has been going on for well over a month now. Seriously, can you guys get your sh•t together and fix this?!?!

I had to have my iPad 2 replaced and since then I haven't been able to download any of the new issues. I paid for a full year's subscription, but due to some glitch in the app that nobody seems to know how to fix, I can't read any of the issues that I PAID FOR!!!! I want a refund!
