A stupid trick...

When we read “GET”, we think it’s free. Many tuner apps are free. Then, when have downloaded it we discover that what we “GET” is a subscription not free. Of course the subscription is mention in the Apple store, but we are not told that without it we can’t either try it. What we are asked to try is the subscription. Sorry, that was a trick I didn’t like. I deleted your app and will never know why you say it’s the best. I have bought many tuners, apps and not apps that you put on your guitar or in front of it etc. It was always very simple and clear. Other apps let you choose between free light version with tons of apps and a paying full version without adds. When we like the free app, we always buy the full version. That subscription system looks like more of a money trap. Good luck!

When you download the app, it says it's free, however once you open it, it will not let you run it until you try their "Premium" feature. It starts as a free trial, but after a week you would have to pay $7.99. It says on the add for the premium trial that you can cancel in the settings at anytime, however, when you actually go to the settings, there is no option to do so. It's a total scam.

I was in a pinch jamming with some friends and I had forgotten my tuner so I quickly downloaded about 7 tuning apps (because there are so many useless apps out there) before finding a decent one (I think it was the Fender Tuning app could be wrong). After the jam session I deleted every tuning app (because I own a tuning pedal that was about $20 and a snark clip on tuner that was about $12). Fast forward a month when I get my credit card statement and I have 3 charges from THIS APP for 8.47 because I allegedly subscribed by accident with absolutely no warning. This app is complete garbage for multiple reasons 1.) Who in their right mind would subscribe to a TUNING app? A tuner should be a one time purchase!! 2.) Why would I get charged 3 times in one month if I did for some reason subscribe to this app? 3.) why wouldn’t someone just make a one time purchase of a low end tuner for about 12 dollars on Amazon before paying $8.47 3 times a month for this garbage?

I love it. It’s easy to use. Not clumsy like all the other tuners. I just sit it beside me and it picks up the sounds. I don’t have to balance my iPhone under the strings.
