And now for something .....

First John

......COMPLETELY different (Python reference-for all you younglings. That was three days, 2 hours max, and it's solid. If only I had this type of training years ago. Inference versus deductive (aka methodical memorization )....his method will always win. Save yourselves time younglings, use THIS system to learn your fretboard, it'll accelerate your learning curve, that I can assure you.

Incredibly useful tool

Drew Cornick

This app is one of the best tools for understanding the relation of notes on a guitar or bass. Wish I had found this app a long time ago.

Simply the best

Shmokishmoke

This is hands down the best way to learn the relationship between different notes and distances. Fun and easy to understand.

love the game I used be terrible at finding distance but with the game I have gotten better and each time I play I get progressively faster at answering. the best part of the app is that although it is very useful it is fun and addictive as well!

Practical approach

NikyaNikya

Music makes sense this way. Great practice.

It's a system!

Follow the steps to the system and you can't go wrong! It's broken down in parts to form a whole. Once you realize that the 3 steps WILL work TOGETHER as parts to a whole it's like a lightbulb coming on in your head! It's great bc I can practice anywhere!

Great App!

Good but not much to it

Good set of 3 "games" to practice patterns for identifying on which fret notes are located. In hindsight, the name includes note finder which is a great description. I, however, focused on guitar theory system and anticipated more. Such a limited tool it isn't worth the $2.99 in my opinion. The pattern is pretty easy to master without the app. Though, the app can help those who struggle to see and/or memorize the pattern.
