Costumer service

I love this app but I pay for the upgrade and can’t get it to except after my phone updated I have emailed and no response

Great lessons with one HUGE flaw

cyriljaymz

At this moment the app COMPLETELY RESETS every time you close it. So when I reopen the app it asks me to go through all the initial setup all over again. So my favorites list is lost and all progress is reset. The app is great, but this is kind of a major flaw for someone who wants to pop in and get right to work without having to set it up every single time they open the app back up.

No good

The amazing person10

This does not teach you how to play the guitar and I was really looking forwards to playing tonight:(

Close but no cigar

BMWhalen

I have been using this app for about 3 weeks. It’s been a great tool to learn from being a beginner. I have had issues however with the following. 1: my finished lessons got erased making me go back through, re load the app and the due all the lessons over again 2: after being charged for a year subscription the content has been locked and trying to charge me again only after 3 weeks of use. 3: emailed customer support and no response. I give it a 5 for the platform and a minus 3 for the issues.

More KISS Songs

qwertyxhvnkhvv

I love this app it has taught me so much about my guitar. But KISS is my favorite band and I would like more of their songs and maybe songs by Ace Frehley would be great. Thank you.
