I have been using this app with my mother who is in hospice. She has been finally able to relax, which helps her breathing peacefully. She can also follow the slow directed meditations to help her sleep. I am very grateful. Thank you. SFeinn

I find this app really useful. I found a few people I like listening to the most and some that I do not really care for. I especially the relaxation to ease anxiety while flying, and the author.

I can't begin to tell you how much everyone needs this app on their device. I downloaded it's a little over year and a half ago, and it has changed not only my life, but the way I perceive everything, whether good or bad, that occurs in my life. All I have to say is try it so many great free meditations,you just can't go wrong

Wonderful meditation app, more free ones available than on most apps and there is a wide variety of lengths, styles, and different guides. Highly recommend.
