Let me just say that I love this game so much! In the beginning I was playing it several times a day and was obsessed with cooking as many Gudetama as I could! But with the latest update my game freezes on the white logo screen after every ad. It’s so frustrating! I’ve tried reinstalling the app, transferring my game to another device etc. I contacted their support team and after about a week got an answer saying it had been fixed. Tried and it’s still broken! I responded as such, and they still haven’t answered me after another week. I came on here and saw others with the same problem and I’m not seeing any developer replies. Doesn’t the development team care about these bad reviews? PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP- I LOVE THIS GAME AND THIS BUG IS RUINING IT.

The game itself is fine, very basic for an idle mobile game. The art is the one thing that really shines through, with a vast array of illustrations for various cookable gudetamas. That being said, the game is virtually unplayable now. Any time an ad pops up, the game soft locks and needs to be restarted. Watching ads is the main way to gain items in the game, so things take much longer to accomplish. And even if I’m not watch the optional ads, random ones will still pop up during gameplay, preventing me from progressing. If this game looks fun to you, please wait for this bug to be fixed before downloading. You’ll have a much better time.

UPDATE: I'm getting really tired of playing this game because there's a glitch where it freezes after an ad and you're forced to close the app and reopen it every single time. And as you all know, ads pop up everywhere in this game... It's been like this for literally weeks and then they said they fixed it but it still happens for iOS. I'm barely even playing this in-game event because I can't put up with having to shut down the app every freaking 2-3 minutes. I love everything Gudetama so of course I had to try this game. Well, I'm hooked. It's super easy to play and the best part is that it doesn't take too much time away from your day. I normally avoid games with endless levels and the like because I end up spending way too much on them but this game isn't structured like that. You set some eggs to cook, you tap away for a bit and then you just exit the game and come back a few hours later. I love it.

I really like this game and have been playing it for a while. Recently getting back in the game the ads keep messing up and freezes on the company logo screen (Sanrio) which messes with me getting free spins and eggs. Please fix the bug issue.

I love gudetama and I love this game! It’s so cute and I really enjoy how many different gudetama I can have. However, I just recently downloaded this game and it works fine for the most part except when ads come on (whether it’s a random ad or if I choose to watch one with the GPS). After the ads play, the developer screen shows up and does not go away until I close the app and restart it.

I really love this game but like everyone else in the reviews has said, after you watch an ad or the game gives you an ad, the game goes to the developer screen and stays there, forcing you to close the app and restart again. This is really frustrating as now it’s almost impossible to get golden eggs, or free eggparon spins. From what I’ve seen from the reviews this has been going on this whole month of September and the developers have still not done anything to fix it. I’ll update my review to five stars if they do fix it because it really is an amazing game it’s just sort of impossible to play right now.

Why ad video ends and got stuck on companies name screen?

Just download this game few days ago. It is a cute fun game which my young one love Gudetama. The only issue I have is once the ad video ends the screen got stuck on White screen with companies names Sanrio on the top. I have to restart my phone to get it unstuck then play the game. It is a bit annoying. Will the team fix the problem? I would give up playing if this happens all the time. Thank you.
