450 and Issues
Critical Issues
This was a great game. However there are always issues with the app. Also the almighty colosseum cards are only setup for the top 450 each week. This creates a HUGE brick wall to get over. In order to become 1 of the 450 you can't have a job and dedicate you life to the game. I do love this game, but it is setup for the normal player to give up. Also it shouldn't, reward you if you don't have a job and live in your parents basement. I won't quit the game, but I will not stop writing reviews on every updated version of the game. Signed a 2+ year player.
Lost its luster

This game was very fun before the glitches. I've played for 2+ years, and have never had problems until this past few months. It's constantly being "debugged," but the game continually crashes or fails to download. Such a waste of a good concept
Still broken for me

After breaking the game SE reports they fixed it, suggests deleting the game then reinstalling it. Done that 3 times so far, download goes to about 80%' then same error from days ago. "Download Interrupted" over and over and over... Here's the kicker, support won't respond to you if you don't have a query code, which is locked inside the game. God forbid they manage to break their own game then bar you from getting any support because of their incompetence. They need to fix this issue, some can play, lovely, I for one and others on various forums still can not... We just have NO way of letting them know. I want my account back, I had to delete it, if my stuff is gone, all my time wasted... That's ridiculous... Why pay money to anyone who just breaks their own game, and locks your ability to get help from you. It's money and time... If this isn't fixed , this is nothing more than a robber app. Pay till we break it, then hope you give up trying... At the very least they should put a link to get a query ticket on the game's splash page at launch, maybe in the useless "help section" that just tells you to go to the one in game...

The app has been broken for 5 days. Have contacted customer service, and they were entirely unhelpful. The game team claims the issue is fixed, and some players can use it, but MANY remain locked out. Square Enix: FIX THIS PROBLEM.
Good game but download error

I like the game I always play and I like the story some what, but like others said I haven't been able to play for a week because of the download error message. I tired using THREE different Internet (home, public library, and school) but nothing. I also have LTE and still nothing. So Square Enix please fix because this is the first time I am saying something bad on a Square Enix game. I want to play again...

Like many other reviewers, I'm still getting the infamous "download interrupted" message, even though they say it's fixed & I've done everything they said to do to fix it. Newsflash, Square Enix: IT'S NOT FIXED!!!!! If they ever get it working again I may change back to 5 stars, but in the meantime it's really, really broken & I'm really, really frustrated. I do love this game when it works, .

It was a great game until the last update. Now I can't play anymore and all the money I put into the game was for nothing. How about fixing the problem before those of us who can't play anymore find a better use for our time and money.
File download problem

Cannot finish downloading in game files for game events when on title screen even after the problem was supposedly fixed. Tried the solution they offered to get it working again but problem persists. Ready to give up and uninstall permanently.
