WTH my kids and I all have user names on my devices so I can monitor it. You have not offered a Memorial Day special. So disrespectful. I will not them purchase tokens until you offer something. You are starting to go to the bottom compared to other games. Shame on you. Daily bonus spins are ridiculous. Lately there have been no additional % on purchases (200%, 300%, etc.). Really going down hill and customer service is not good.

When playing 3 cards the third card was always a duplicate of card number 2. When I had bingo on card number 3 I was not paid for a double and triple bingo. I will no longer play more than 2 cards.g May 2016 On my iPad have not been able to play for several weeks after update. Got rid of app because game never became ready to play. I really like these games. They are my favorite. Especially like puzzle game on video bingo. Having trouble now on iPhone after update. Games are not ready to play. Sounds like same problem I have on iPad
