With any type of sales related field, you want to build trust with a prospective client as fast as you can. Nothing allows you to do this better than a face-to-face interaction. With Gruveo, I can differentiate myself from all other sales reps by giving prospective clients a no-login, no download required “magic link” that allows them to contact me face-to-face. So while a prospective client is writing and email to a sales rep and waiting for the rep to write back to them, prospective clients can reach me right away.

How do I exit the chat and go back to the video?? It's a little hard to figure out how the app works. I chose to chat and wasn't able to get back to the video call screen

Video call as easy as 1,2,3.. No longer need to remember username, password, or whatever.. It just works!!
It works well, great for calls with slow internet

It would be great if I could connect with more then 2 people at a time, that way I could switch between my phone and computer with out dropping the call. A screen share option on the website would also be awesome. Finally Apple Watch integration would make the app amazing. Over all I enjoy using the app (although it does crash frequently).
