Does what it’s supposed to do

This is a very good app for tracking workouts. It has a large library of exercises to choose from and it’s also nice how you can keep track of previous workouts

Great way to get back to the gym. This is the best fitness app for people who don't know how to do the workouts or do them correctly. The app is extremely helpful. It's like your own personal trainer.

This is the first workout app I have seen that is simple but comprehensive. It covers all bases and is very EASY to use. Once I downloaded this one and used it for the first time I deleted all others. Very clean design and great built-in features are prefect for tracking your workout progress

Just started using the app so can't fully comment on all the functionalities and data analytics but so far the GUI is smooth and easy to navigate. Adding new workouts, creating a program, and incorporating it into a schedule is fantastic! Excited to see what the tracking and data analytics capabilities are but haven't had enough workout on it to start trending. Would have given it 5 stars but some very essential features are missing. Some suggestions below which were sent as feedback: * Ability to add exercise reps while working out. * Ability to add exercise sets while working out. * Ability to add exercises while working out. * Consider a built in plate calculator with built in std barbel weights and types. * Ability to input the weights numerically via the keyboard. * Integration with Apple Watch, as well as apple activity/health. Will continue using the app for now. This review will be updated once I get few more workouts on it..


iPad use?

So far so good. Like with the app offers, but having the bigger screen from an iPad or iPad Pro would make creating programs easier to add since the screen size would be bigger. Keep up the great work!

I've tried several workout trackers, this one is by far the best... I'd give it 5 stars if / when (hopefully) the following happens: 1. The ability to track more than your target reps. As of now you can track if you don't hit your target, but not over it. If I'm aiming for 8 reps, and I hit 9 or 10, that's how I know to increase weight. 2. Please show the previous workouts info on the current. Meaning, when I get to a new exercise, please show me all 4 sets from last time ... helps when doing sets with increasing weights so I know where I ended / started Otherwise - great job. Everything I've been trying to find ... the timer and chime between sets is great and has helped me tremendously Well done!
