Bring “Remove from group” feature back

The new update does not allow you to remove someone from the group. The previous way to mitigate that, “closing” the group, worked perfectly fine. This is a valuable feature that should be reinstated in the next update. If not, groupme will become completely irrelevant to younger audiences, especially social groups at schools.

With the new update, I can no longer kick rookies for being rookies. This has resulted in blatant disrespect and rampant trolling by the rookie class which I am totally unable to control. I can only take away rookie points for so long before I lose my grasp entirely.

Limit users removal

I got the update 2 days ago and I noticed regular users can’t be kicked out unless you are admin. Reverse this immediately because there are some people who owns the groupMe never been on for over three years but it remains active. Give us the ability to kick users. Edit: Yes the groups are not closed and we still don’t have the ability to kick users.

I love group me but there is A lot of room for improvement. The app runs slow even more than 3 people are talking at once in a group. Sometimes your messages don’t send after retrying 50 times & when they do, they send out of order. It seems as though being that the limit for the amount of people in one group is high, it should be able to run better when the majority of the group is actually participating in the chat.

This is a great app for group messaging but it should not be rated as 4+ because there is a back door to YouTube through this app.
