I wish the app would not turn off automatically. While I’m shopping I would like the screen to stay active. Sometimes when I try to refresh the screen an item is put in the already bought space. Kind of annoying and sometimes I don’t notice and that item is not bought.

After a few years of use, the app is very simplistic but intuitive. It seamlessly shares the list with my spouse no matter who updates the list. We have one for the grocery store, hardware store and liquor store.

Really convenient to have a consistent list that syncs among devices and family members. Makes keeping up on various lists extremely simple. Only missing the ability to make list strictly alphabetical which would help to find items which exist in lists already to add to the current active “buy now” list. (Unless I'm missing how to do that).

We use Buy Me a Pie to keep us from forgetting items, working independently while in the store, and keeping us from buying impulse items. It’s been perfect!

This app crashes more than any other app I own. When it works, it’s great. Getting it to reliably work is the issue. And logging in on a Macbook Pro? Forget about it.

Very convenient as there is a single list that either of us can add to and delete from as we shop. Also allows separate lists for different stores such as grocery vs hardware.
