This is one of the highest-quality games I have purchased from the App Store. The graphics, the sound, the gameplay - it’s all just absolutely brilliant. There’s just enough story, character development and RPG elements to add some depth, and the game is challenging without ever being unfair or gimmicky (well, except for that OUTRAGEOUS jump test for a chest in Act IV!!!) Love, love, loved it. Can’t wait to see what comes next from this studio.

Only complaint is the bosses are way overpowered....I do enjoy a challenge but it seems the boss gets way stronger and more intense the more you get close to killing it... might want to balance it a bit. Not asking to make it easy but maybe not have them go into beserker mode when their health is low and maybe not have a bunch of zombies involved in every boss fight?

Verrrrrrrrrrrry good iOS game. I highly recommend. -love how fast the controls are. -environments look and feel great. -good music. Honestly, so many things I’d never expect from an iOS game. But be warned, there is a very large difficulty spine around act 2. But if you can get through that and find all the secrets, you’ll be able to get by. Thank you so much for a fun game!

I have barely played the first chapter, but I am quite impressed (which doesn’t happen often especially with mobile gaming). The graphics, gameplay, freedom to play previous acts, and even story are done very well. Even if you’re not a fan of slide scroller rpgs, this game won’t fail to please. I was on the fence about spending the money on this game, but even now believe it’s worth more than the asking price. No ads, flawless gaming and efficiency make this a must have. Easy 5 out of 5 stars in my book. Kudos to the team involved with this gem ?

There’s no equal in the App Store for this game. It’s beautiful and the controls are good. There is a decent learning curve for the game to dodge correctly. Good story though predictable. Tip for the Shambler: buy the Witch Ring that slows time after a near hit—big help. Shambler is worth defeating. But this game is really hard or at least for me. There are plenty of maddening moments where you have to walk away from the game for a while. Boss battles can be simply brutal as well as get 100% completion in areas are unreal (some ridiculous jump combinations). I finished probably 90% of the game and quit—I didn’t want to grind out the difficult ending. I watched YouTube video and didn’t want all the try-fail to finish.

Game was really fun to play! Great combo of those two games i mentioned in the title. Also one of the biggest things i loved about this game is NO IN APP PURCHASES! you buy the game and everything is in it already and i LOVE THAT. in app purchases truly ruin phone games in my opinion. would love to see what else the creators of this game will make. You guys definitely have a fan here!
