Animation cards wont load

the animation cards will not load on my iphone6. i have sent them numerous messages asking for help and they have never responded

This is my go to app for sending a card. My only problems with it is most cards are deep dark colors(beautiful), & it's hard to find a color that will show up well when you add text & there's an ad covering where you tap to increase text size. My disappointment is not with this app, but with Facebook, as you can't use the animated cards on it.

Twice I tried to send a birthday greeting and post it to a friend's wall. It didn't appear to be posted and it never showed that it was sending it. I sure wouldn't pay for the pro version.
