I have used it for 4 cards and it is easy to create the card. I have very slow internet and difficulty getting the card to create. Wish they had an option for glossy printed cards.

Overall I love the concept and I’ve ordered a number of Felt cards. My only gripes are that the UI often feels unintuitive (and a bit slow) and more importantly it does not support Apple Pencil properly so there is no palm rejection. Easily five star app if it were to get that upgrade.

My first time to use Felt.com was last month to send my precious Goddaughter a Birthday Card with a visa gift card. She had trouble using the visa gift card so I emailed customer service for help. They replied very promptly with suggestions to correct the situation. They were extremely helpful & kind & were determined to find a way to fix her problem ASAP! My Goddaughter texted me today to let me know their suggestions worked & she was able to use her gift card. What a FANTASTIC idea to create personalized, unique cards for any occasion, with the opportunity to add gift cards, flowers, etc to the cards, should you wish! It’s great to know my recipients will be getting a FABULOUS card (and gift, if I choose) & I don’t have to go to the store, post office or anywhere to make it happen!! Love this new way of sending greeting cards!! ❤️❤️

Very easy to use and upload photos off my iPad sign using an Apple Pencil/your hand and send. I will never forget to get a card in the mail again with the delay send option. Great free app

Felt was an app that I came across on some website. I wasn’t sure what to think of it so I downloaded it. Let me just say that I was totally surprised and got the hang of designing my own cards. The options are endless (of course endless but pretty cool :)). After you design you can add a gift, frame and even real cash. Just amazing. My package was dropped by the carrier and the frame was damaged. I contacted them and can confirm that customer service is prompt, friendly, professional and very understanding. Give this app a try, you can always delete it if you don't like it which will most likely not be the case.
