I’ve used Felt twice now, and I really liked the experience, everywhere from being able to handwrite my letters to being able to select personalized images for the cards. It truly makes it seem like I wrote the card myself... could hardly tell the difference between my own handwriting! Five stars and keep up the great work!

Seems like I have to deal with support each time I send a card. Drafts corrupted, not uploading, sent with out the labels...you name it. If there was an alternative I would try it...

Makes sending birthday cards super easy! Just pick the design, personalize it with your own hand writing and then create and send for as little as $3 a card or $5 for three cards! Awesome app!

This app is a scam. I used to use this app every month and it worked perfectly, now I can never send cards, can’t cancel membership from the app, and can’t get customer service to actually respond to my issues beyond “oh its a technical error, try again later”. Explicitly asked them to cancel and refund my membership and was ignored. AWFUL.

Got a Father’s Day cats to send to my dad. Got the email that said it was being sent out on the 7th. I had it scheduled to get to him the day before Father’s Day. It’s been 5 extra days and still no card. I didn’t get a backup card because this app had so many good reviews... Thanks a lot.

But there are some bugs on ipad pro, (A1670). On many occasions..( As in its difficult to complete a card most of the time) the app crashes after the first page, when choosing a side to edit....please fix asap

I recently purchased a lavender, tea and bath bomb set for my wife on Mother’s Day, to which only the lavender arrived. When I expressed this to felt, the COO, Gracie, reached out to me telling me she received conformation that the products shipped out and would promptly send me tracking info for it. Well, guess not, since that was a month ago now, and Mother’s Day came and went without the rest of my order. No one even bothered to reach out and update me in the last 3 weeks, it’s almost as if they were just hoping this situation would just disappear. Like the subject line of my review says, horrible customer service. UPDATE: I finally received the rest of the items after this review and my complaint, so issue resolved I guess.

Will not recommend to anyone and will never use again!!!

I ordered a card for my husband on Father’s Day through this app. I made sure to order it earlier so that it gets here on time, my order was place on the 5th of June but they didn’t send it in the mail until 11th. In their email it was said it’ll be here in 2-6 days, surprise-surprise 6 days has passed and still not here. Not to mention bc of them I wasn’t able to give a card to my husband on Father’s Day. So disappointed. ***Update: today is 23rd of June and still no postcard. Emailed to the support and still no reply.

Beware great app BUT only subscribe if you want to pay them until retirement Age!

I have been sending emails (which is the only way to contact them) to cancel my Acct for many months! Short of canceling my credit card they won’t stop! Next stop complaint to Apple. I’m so done!
