quirky, cute characters and the game unfolds the longer you play...after a few min kids get hooked on releasing endangered animals and saving money.

One of my favorite games growing up as a kid was this cute little computer game called "Money Town" anyone who has ever played this game growing up will take one look at this game and say wow, it's exactly the same. Town looks the same, characters look the same, the names were not even changed, Penny and Small change are the original names from the original game. Unlike the original game however (which was LOADS of fun) this one just has a ripoff of fruit ninja thrown into it, and a really lame treehouse you decorate. If any parent wants a good game for their kids to play take the time to track down the original game and teach your kids not only about saving money and having fun, but about helping their community.

This app is absolutely terrific! I showed it to 2 of my grandchildren and could not get them to put it down. Grandmas, grandpas, nannies & poppies you have to sign up for the little ones.

As a parent and a member of the Westfield NJ Board of Education I was so excited to hear about this app- my kids and the kids in my town desperately need to start learning money skills as young as possible and this wonderful game is just what we as parents and educators need. Bravo to Ms. Godfrey on the coolest app for kids ever!!!

With technology advancing at such a rapid pace it is difficult to keep up; as a parent with young children it is hard to imagine that not more than twenty five years ago we were playing on 16bit Nintendo's having the time of our lives. Everything comes into perspective when your child asks if trees existed when we were kids... or hand a your child a magazine and watch them try and zoom in by pinching their fingers on the page. The point is that while we advance to the amazing technologies that we have today, one thing stays consistent....money and the need for it. After completion of my second Masters Degree in Business I got asked what I learned about economics, the answer was simple, supply and demand; the same thing we all learned in grade school, only a much more intuitive way of looking at it. Green Street Commons has captured my children's attention in much the same way, using a media they understand well. Picking up where paper and pen have failed. The concept is the same and will serve them now and prepare them for a sound financial future! Five Stars Hands Down!
Not working on iPhone

Doesn't work on iPhone 4s. Had difficult time to get to 2 part of stating game. Then not responding to touch to select icon suppose to click on to make selection.
