Help... in app purchases not working

This game is some fun... BUT whenever I try to purchase coins (in app purchases), it says that it cannot be fetched. I checked a few other ipad games to see if the in app purchass were working and they were. I checked my ipad settings and everything is marked as available for in app purchases. I rebooted my ipad too. Any suggesstions?
Great Puzzle

This is an extraordinary App. It's not because it has great graphics or it's level of difficulty but because this game is made for all generations. The game is bright, fun and interesting to young kids and it's challenging enough for the older ones. I have 5 kids, four of them adopted and their ages are: 2 seven year olds, a 10 year old, a 13 year old and a 16 year old. I only tell you this because all five of my kids enjoy this game and to tell a family secret, I love the game as well!
