No matter what I do I can’t get into the game without it just kicking me out for no apparent reason. I reinstalled it and it did the same thing I restarted my phone it did the same thing. I have iPhone X and my sister has a tablet so I downloaded the game and it still didn’t work so I don’t know how to get it may just be the devices I’m using.

THIRD TIME. still no update from ketchapp, still no refund. now force closes on iPhone. SECOND UPDATE: still haven't heard from ketchapp. still issues. UPDATE: I thought making a purchase (all purchases remove ads) would help. WRONG!!! I WAS CHARGED AND I THEY DIDN'T REMOVE THE ADS!!!! THE MONEY IS GONE BUT NOT THAT. I really really like this game. only problem is I can't play on my iPad. the app crashes. I have NEVER played on my iPad. open the app, loads and crashes. but it's so much fun on my phone. ive given this game some hours. quick enough games to be entertaining while you wait in the drive thru or something but also entertaining enough to hold your attention for a while like at an appointment. I'm enjoying it, it's just ANNOYING that I can't play across my devices. like if it's not functional on that device, why support it?

the app opens, then crashes, I clear the tab and it doesn’t fix anything. on a bad day it can take 3+ minutes to open. normally takes about 30 seconds to be able to play. it also crashes whenever I complete a challenge.

When I open the app it crashes and I don’t like that , I like it when they add add the full screen in big screen iPads but it crashes

This is such a bad game I can't even play it. The app keeps on closing on me. This isn't a problem for any other game from the developer though.
