Great Game

This is probably one of the most fun games I have. Any game that you play for actual progress is a fun game to me. The best part is the challenges, it gives me a sense of accomplishment when I complete them and a reward. Thanks, Ketchapp.

I had been playing it for a while and all of the sudden it wiped all my achievements and cubes. It basically made me start over. Once I got back to where I was (challenge 45 and 1500 gold cubes) it wiped it again.
It won't delete

I downloaded the game for about a week and got tired of it so I tried to delete it but instead it turned to a grey box and won't delete off my phone, and it won't let me re-download the game either

The stupid ad at the beginning stops me from playing. No matter what I do (closing the app out or reinstalling it) it still doesn't work! There is no 'x' to click out of it either. Several of these types of games do not allow me to actually play the game because of the ad at the beginning! Please fix!
