I've only been able to make one phone call using this app, it is pure crap… It always gives me the error 404 not found. I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but I wouldn't mind paying for the app if it actually worked… I guess since it's free, I'm getting what I paid for it...

What are you playing?? This only works on Wi-Fi but not on Data Plan!!! What are you waiting to release the new UPGRADE to work over Data Plan!! Nice options but didn't test it before?

Downloaded from iTunes on iPhone 6S Plus, app doesn’t open, just gets blue welcome screen then just quits. Cannot configure settings. Deleted app and tried to install multiple times. Contacted Grandstream support and was told to troubleshoot phone. Tried on iPad and does work.

Good work Grandstream! Works perfectly with our VoIP services. If you are having trouble with this app, then your provider is not very good. Check us out, PrimeVOX Communications.

This app does everything you need. It was easy to setup, even with encryption for sip and media. The only reason it got a 4 stars and not 5 is because it doesn't unregister the extension when you close the app according to asterisk logs. If this was fixed it would be the perfect app and come on its free. You have to pay 8 dollars to get an app this good with the other well know softphone not including the extra money for add-ons after paying for the app.

Poorly designed layout- dialer can't be seen without call history - makes a confusing and jumbled screen. However... the biggest problem is it won't answer incoming calls. You can dial out, but bringing up the app while it is ringing is cumbersome and unclear. When you do finally press answer, it hangs up. So basically useless for what I need- that is to be able to pick up calls away from a desk extension. I've used the Panasonic app and it is better laid out and less cumbersome, though not perfect, and it at least answers! Too bad it is not a generic SIP client...

Best free softphone that I ever used. Work great in the background. Support TLS and iOS 10 CallKit.
