License plate page

The license plate page is a joke. I can't switch pages until I "set my first plate" which I have no idea what that even means. I try to "set" a plate and nothing happens. I can't even set my plate. The reason I'm trying to select a plate at all is because in-game I cannot select my plate at all even though it shows it being there. It's kind of sad this app is so closely tied to the game when I'm pretty sure people have forgotten about it anyways. Fix please.

I only use this application for putting a license plate on my GTA:O vehicles and this app can't even do that. I make one license plate and it forces me to make another, and another, and another, none of them can be deleted and none of them will let me use the one I want. Pretty pathetic.
