Seriously Rockstar? You guys make BILLIONS off of GTA Online and you can’t take a small percentage of resources and devote it to keeping this app updated? I’ve been trying to make a personal license plate for 2 days in the Los Santos Customs section and every time it loads up, it shuts the app down. I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I also tried my Samsung Note 10 Plus and the app won’t even open on that. This is ridiculous. I’d expect this from a small company with very little money and resources, but you guys definitely have what it takes to update the app. Y’all are just lazy.

Every time I open the app and go into ls customs (literally the only reason I downloaded the app) it crashes the whole app and clearly has been forgotten about by rockstar yet them still advertising it in their game

Very good reason why this app has horrible reviews It was working fine for me for a while and then all the sudden when I enter the Los Santos auto shop, it’ll kick me off the app completely. You would think Rockstar would fix this or care but obviously not.
