I wanted to purchase the upgrade excepting to pay monthly I thought however they took out The premium fee I was not aware of. They have no known working phone number you can call and the digital responded text does not offer any assistance.

SO HORRIBLE IS NOT A GOOD APP
This app is not very good I spelt “whay” to see if it would correct it to what I made a fool it stayed like that I try being funny spelling “wgay” it turns into what I do not recommend this app grammarly does not correct your spelling it makes it worse and harder if you are trying to make an essay do not use this app it is horrible horrible I normally say “wow this app is great “ and giving it a 5* but this app I will give it a 1* and an half thank you for your service.

When I start typing and Grammarly takes my words that I have put spaces between and turns the words into gibberish it is frustrating. This is an dxamlkemofbehatnutvdpoez. I was typing words and this is an example of what it does. I am not a fast typer so why this happens is a mystery. I use an iPad so I can see my finger touching the letters of the words and my the space bar so when gibberish shows in place of what I typed it upsets me that I have to constantly back track to correct the mess. What is going on Grammarly? Unhappy user. Another irritating thing it sometimes does is not allow the word I typed. It keeps changing it and requires so many attempts before it accepts what I am typing that it is a huge waste of time. The bugs are definitely not fixed. I have disabled it out of frustration. Initially when I first installed it over a year ago it was better than it is now. Too much AI influence trying to second guess me. Done with you!

I'm typing on Grammarly keyboard right now to make a point: this keyboard is ridiculously slow and has trouble correcting typos. Lags my keyboard, and will leave mistyped words. It also likes to turn on or switch to Grammarly wheber it wants. It's extremely annoying. I only find more convenience in this on the computer

I find that I have difficulty getting the cursor to go where I want it to go when I’m using the space bar to direct it, also dictation just stops. I wish the typing keys were bigger. If these changes could happen I may think about the premium package. The plans are a pretty hefty chunk of change. But think back they cross many screens.
Grammarly Unusable on my IPad - I’m a Premium User

I can no longer use Grammarly on my IPad. I am and have been a Premium Subscriber. When I try to use the Grammarly keyboard as a Premium User on my IPad Pro, Grammarly launches a logon dialogue. When I insert my Grammarly userid and password, Grammarly launches CAPTCHA which spins and spins and never resolves. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO GET SUPPORT FROM GRAMMARLY, but GRAMMARLY’s structured support dialogues make getting product support impossible. GRAMMARLY IS UNUSABLE ON MY IPAD!!!!!
