Five seconds after opening the app for the first time, it prompted me to review it. It merits one star until I see a properly functioning app.
Cool filters but

Some of the graffiti filters are pretty cool. But missing super basic stuff like option to undo or to to tilt the photo when placing it, or to have an option to readjust the size/placement after finding the right filter/overlay that works with this photo. This is needed since the filters/overlays don't move, so you should have the option to move the photo around so the right parts are highlighted.

This is the app for graffiti, I just got this and to be honest it works way better than pandora
