Every user name and password is correct and even reset password and still can't get in.

I was a previous user of the original version of this app who deleted it after much frustration. I tried it again after getting an email from Conde Nast. Hmmm. They still make it a cumbersome, clunky, and frustrating experience to activate your account. Deleted. Again.
