Will not accept prepaid globe number

Had this prepaid number for 10 years but the app won’t recognize it? Not very well developed if it won’t even take their own number.

The app keeps saying “please enter a valid Globe number” even if I have entered my correct Globe prepaid number. Contacted customer service on Facebook and instead of addressing the issue, they just told me to use the *143# method. Well, you might as well delete this app off the App Store if that’s your solution.
