Connect to the device then plug it in and start the app, says "not connected". Restart the app go to quick scan and then the app crashes. Restart the app then it finally works. Often times when it does open the first time no data appears and I have to close the app, force close it, then restart to get it to work.

Good app gives lots of details about the car. The hardware is expensive. Sometimes i have to reconnect the iphone or the hardware module in order to connect to ecu.
Please fix the bug

I have yet to find an app to go with this pricey hardware that works. I am so sorry I ever bought this piece if junk. I am going back to a normal consumer wired scanner as nothing I have tried works with this. I would rate it lower but 1 star is the lowest.

Do not buy!!!!!!! Junk. Will not connect. Crashes every 30 seconds. Wayyyy better devices out there. This is not one of them.

This app hasn't been updated in over a year. It needs to be updated to be more compatible with iOS 8, and the Bluetooth device needs a firmware update as well.

Now, the app crashes or shows a blank screen constantly, and half the time it doesn't recognize my iPhone 4s. I still haven't figured out how to plug it into my iPhone 6. I sent them an email asking if the Lightning to 30-pin adapter would work, and I haven't gotten a response yet. Maybe they're out of business?
