I just updated to IOS 9. Lo and behold my Google translate app is gone. I went to the App Store and there it is. But when I tap the open tab, nothing happens. So I can't get it. Not happy. Can you fix this?

What happened?

I used to use this app and it worked great, but now it can't get anything right. I'm not sure why, but it's working horribly.
