It would be nice if it had a hide feature

It would be nice if you could hide certain photos without deleting them. Also the desktop transfer app doesn't work well at all.

I've been using google photos since last so many years. It was called picassa that time now changed to diff name. Even before tht google had a google album but not very friendly. This one is amazing. I never worry about loosing any of my picture as google photo provides unlimited storage w very user friendly app. It's something that makes google photo different - can't explain. But i can say this, I won't choose any other service provider over google photo even if they come up w unlimited storage scheme.

Great app, it works except when you close down the app. It needs to be running in the back round or open to upload your photos. The phone can be off when doing it but it's annoying.y photos are almost done uploading but they would've been done by now but they're not. Other wise a really really good app if u want more space on you're phone. If recommend it to anyone

Recently, our external hard drive crashed and we were devastated because every single one of our children's baby pictures were on it. So we send it off to a data retrieval service, and was informed that none of the images were retrievable. We were heartbroken and very sad, until I remembered Google Picasa! So I opened the app and was very ecstatic to find many of my children's baby picture. Of course not everything was uploaded to Picasa because my husband did not download the app to his phone. But we are very happy to have what we have. So all I can say is, you don't realize how valuable Picasa is until you need it. I have to admit, I have not used Picasa since I bought my iPhone. However, with the recent events I will be using it daily. So, thanks Google!

Omg this app saved me, lol I have an iPhone and we all know if u want extra cloud storage you have to buy it, with is I can keep all my pictures of my kiddos and save an unlimited amount of them, just discovered it today, so glad I did. Love it!!
