I have been using banking Indian portals to make payments. The ease of use was such a breather once I started using Google Pay. Special UX mention: 1. The instant IFSC instant add. 2. The non-beneficiary adding approach! Well done to the UX and development team. Thank you for giving India a global standard product!

• Its slow processing, my offer is cash back is still pending. • Asking full acess , why need location acess ? • cheap offers and scratch vouchers, i got only 16₹ this amount is inder processing past 1 weeks ! • • asking for mic acess! For what ! ( may be they have some funny replays ) • totally i feel its not secure and unhappy with google pay iOS app ‘ • PhonePe or BHIM is better than this !

I have reset my phone and downloaded google pay in last time bank account of kotak Mahindra is working fine but in new account its stop working and showing me message your cellular account is unavailable but i haven’t changes number and account. I am facing trouble to send money to my account please let me know about issue

After updating the app the account in the app has stopped working and it has become a great inconvenience.
