I am SO disappointed. I have been using Wallet for several months for business. My clients enjoyed it because they did not have to pay with checks or cash, they simply just made the transfer. It was very convenient. Now for the last two months I have been unable to transfer funds from Wallet using my debit card. After speaking with several representatives, who did not seem to care, I eventually spoke with someone who put forth an effort to try to help me figure out the problem. I have been patiently waiting and the problem still exists. I received a notification saying to update my Wallet app. The update was supposed to repair bugs and to allow transfers using debit cards. I thought, "great, they have fixed the problem". So I did a test run only to find that I still could not make transfers. Now, to make matters worse, a client has transferred funds from her bank account to my wallet account, and nothing is showing up on my end. The money has been deducted from her account, yet I did not receive an email or any sort of notification showing that funds were even pending. After spending a long time on the phone with representatives, I was then told it may take up to 10 days to find out what the problem is and to receive my funds. I am thoroughly disappointed with this and unfortunately I have shared Wallet with many other people and now I will have to go back and tell them this is not the way to go.
